Progressive Innovation & Automation, Inc. D.B.A. PROGMAX ("PROGMAX," "we," "us," or "our") explains here how we handle personal information in connection with this website, business inquiries and customer text conversations. Information processed within a customer's software deployment may be governed by a separate agreement and that customer's policies.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when contacting us, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, inquiry and correspondence. When you text us, we process your mobile number, message content, message timestamps and delivery information, and records of messaging consent, preferences and opt-outs.
Our website and service providers may process technical information, such as IP address, browser information, request times and security logs, to deliver the site and help prevent abuse. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information through general inquiries or text messages.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide requested assistance, maintain business records, operate and secure our website and communications, prevent spam and misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Customer text messages
Employees may only respond to customer-initiated text inquiries; they may not initiate customer text conversations. Your text authorizes replies related to that inquiry, not unrelated outreach or promotional messages. Entering a phone number on our website does not enroll you in SMS messaging.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own use. We disclose only the information needed by service providers acting on our behalf to deliver and support the messaging service, or when required by law. These providers are not authorized to use that information for their own marketing.

Service providers and other disclosures
We may use providers for website hosting, spam protection, email delivery and telecommunications. They receive information needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud or respond to security incidents. These disclosures do not authorize marketing use of SMS information or consent.
Cookies and third-party services
Our site may use essential cookies and similar technologies for security and form protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect automated abuse. The site also loads icons through Font Awesome. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when they load.

Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including business records, resolving disputes and legal obligations. Messaging consent and opt-out records may be retained to document and honor your choices. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply. We may verify your identity and retain information where permitted or required by law. You may opt out of text messages without affecting your ability to contact us through other channels.
Children
Our website and business services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
Policy updates and contact
We may revise this policy and update its effective date. Updates do not expand messaging consent or authorize marketing disclosure of mobile opt-in information.
