These terms apply to your use of the PROGMAX website and the customer inquiry text messaging service operated by Progressive Innovation & Automation, Inc. D.B.A. PROGMAX. If you do not agree to the website terms, please discontinue use of the website.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes to learn about and communicate with PROGMAX. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious code or deceptive inquiries, or infringe another party's rights.
Products and services
Website information does not replace a signed proposal, software license, support agreement or other written contract. Those agreements govern the products and services you purchase. Submitting a contact form does not create a service agreement.
Website content and availability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but do not guarantee that its content is complete, error-free or continuously accessible. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website content is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This does not alter warranties expressly provided in a separate written agreement.

SMS Terms — PROGMAX Customer Inquiries
Customer-initiated conversations only
PROGMAX uses text messaging solely to respond to customer-initiated text inquiries. Employees are not permitted to initiate text conversations with customers. Replies are limited to the customer's inquiry and directly related assistance, including answers about our products, services or support.
When you send a text message to a PROGMAX text-enabled number, you request replies concerning that inquiry. This does not enroll you in promotional messaging or authorize unrelated future messages. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts, bulk promotions or employee-initiated outreach.
Providing a telephone number through our website, a business relationship or another communication channel does not authorize us to initiate text messages. Our website contact form does not enroll you in SMS messaging.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your inquiry and the conversation needed to address it. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile provider for details about your plan. SMS participation is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing products or services.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to stop receiving text messages. You may receive a single confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also ask us to stop in ordinary language or contact us using the details below. We will honor your request. You can continue to contact us by telephone or through the website.
Help and delivery
Reply HELP for assistance, call 630-860-1017, or use our contact form. Messaging availability depends on your provider and device. Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use text messaging for emergencies.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number, messages and messaging preferences. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and applicable rights
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes do not expand your SMS consent. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
